8:15 AM – Be in the Parking Lot. Masks on and socially distanced.

8:30 AM – Player Check-In

Lunch between rounds, the most excellent Burrito Express Van will be catering our event. Bring cash!

Raffle and Award Ceremony will immediately follow the second round.

We need to be off the course and cleaned up by 5:00 PM to get everyone home before dark.

Tournament Details

THE COURSE – Challenging to all skill levels, testing your touch game, distance, and decision making. The course will feature 18 unique hole designs varying in distance with Pro and Am tee pads available on the majority of the holes. Caddy book and hole breakdowns will be available on the FDGC Facebook page as well as our website flagstaffdiscgolf.org.

FORMAT – Both rounds Best Shot Doubles. AM tee pads First round with CTPs for each division.

Everyone will play from AM tee pads in the First Round.

Plenty of birdies and bogeys to be had!

Parking

Please arrange to carpool with fellow players or arrange for transportation to the course.

Parking is very limited. Check the Facebook Group page for carpool details.

Tournament Finish And Clean Up​

We must exit the course no later than 5:00PM.

If you can stick around to help clean up please consult with tournament directors and FDGC Board Members for details and how to help.

ACE POT – Optional – $5 Ace Pot – If it’s not hit, it will all go to the Food Bank. If you did not choose this option when you registered, you can still choose to enter at the start of the tournament.

TROPHIES – For the Top 3 Teams in each division.

CTPs – Obvi!

FUNDRAISER – This has and always will be a charity event. All proceeds (and we mean all proceeds) will go to the Flagstaff Family Food Center. They need the money now more than ever.

RAFFLE – Optional – The raffle will be lit! Block-Lite has been a great sponsor every year and is donating another fire pit!

Peace Surplus has gone over the top with their disc, bag, and schwag prizes as well as a new Innova Basket! You will not want to miss this.

LUNCH – Bring cash because the Express Burrito van is coming from Flagstaff!

Please plan to pack a lunch and stick around if you’re not in the mood for burritos.

ENTRY FEES – Per team = Four (4) cans of food.  Half of pro entry fees will go to payout, half will go to… you guessed it… the Food Bank. AMs, Women, and AM Masters will get raffle tickets as payout.

COVID – We’re still in a pandemic. This is the first time this course will have disc golf played there. As a club, we want to make a good impression. We have to do what we have to do. Masks are required at check-in and during player’s meeting and awards ceremony/raffle (really anytime we’re in a group). Social distancing. If these restrictions don’t suit your personal beliefs, please stay home.
