Now that its warmin up, and there just happens to be a new moon on a saturday;
Jake and I are gonna put on a ca$h round SATURDAY, APRIL 21st @ 8pm!!! (Tee off @ 8:30) $10 to enter….. Baskets will be lit, bring your glow discs and or lil disc lights but no big flashlights allowed (other than to charge up your glow discs). There will be at least one CTP. paying out ca$h to the top 3 finishers, 1st 50% 2nd 30% 3rd 20%!!! (will payout more spots if more people show up).
Open to suggestions…. A/B pool depending on who and how many show up…? ace pool if there are enough to make if worth while? etc.

I don’t know that I will be in town, but this is an AWESOME idea! Forgive my lack of astronomical knowledge, but does new moon mean there will be a big bright moon that night? The darker the better has been my night golf experience. Just a thought…

…if so; this glow-round-tourney-thing will be held there to kick off the start of the McP season!!!!

This just in Scott’s Chicago Pizza is donating a $15 dollar gift certificate for a CTP, and Pita Jungle will be donating a $10 gift card for LAST PLACE!!!
So word in that McPherson will not be in by next Saturday. The glow round will be held at Thorpe. I believe we will have at least three CTP prizes out there as well as the cash pay out. I also was offered a few extra baskets to be brought out so I think were going to have 20 possibly 21 holes out there.
Tell/bring your friends so that there is a big turnout! Bigger turnout = bigger payouts! And incase you were wondering some of the holes will be shortened, 1,3,12 to name a few…and we will have $200+ in CTP prizes…Led Zepplin are getting back together and will be prefoming and Scarlet Johansen will be handing out the awards!!!

Success!!! A HUGE thank you to all 16 people that came out and made the inaugural Glow Thorpe a great round! We gave away over $400 in cash and prizes and had a big enough turnout to award half of the participants some cash!
